Opening Night - Hairstick

This stick was made as a gift for a friend who makes masks professionally, who once mentioned that she needed a 'little black stick' to wear with the 'little black dress'. So I made her this. The tiny mask is made of polymer clay and has sparkles embedded around the eye...all done by hand, which given my lack of experience with clay of any kind, was a bit of a challenge for me.

It was worth it, though. She liked it.
